I combine a 20-year corporate career as a senior procurement manager with my work as a certified coach to support both individuals and teams. My whole career has been focused on mentoring others and after struggling with my own self-limiting beliefs and mindset, I know I can help others overcome that overwhelm and set their path to greater fulfilment.
Finding purpose
As a corporate professional, I worked for BMW for many years. Managing complex stakeholder relationships, navigating complicated supply chains and managing a busy team was part of my everyday. I flourished professionally and was lucky to find happiness in my personal life too. But that didn't protect me from feelings of inadequacy and overwhelm from time to time. I felt that I had reached a plateau.
With the help of coaching, I discovered a greater awareness and sense of purpose. It prompted a career change. A more flexible approach, combining procurement with a new role as an entrepreneur with Start To Thrive.
With my background in management and mentoring, and as a certified executive coach, I now coach on a 1:1 basis as well as working to build resilient procurement teams and leaders. Let’s draw up a new road map together.
What I bring to the table
I am an MCIPS-certified procurement professional, I have also rigorously trained to become certified with the Co-Active® Training Institute, and I am an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Working with individuals in any field on a 1:1 basis, I help you rebuild your confidence, get unstuck and map out your path.
I also work with organisations, helping build team cohesion, empower leaders and transform performance through programmes, workshops and coaching.
My clients come from different sectors, as varied as pharmaceutical and shipping, project management and mental health.
And of course, my background in procurement gives me specialist expertise when it comes to coaching teams in this sector. I offer coaching alongside procurement management training to help guide others to become effective leaders.
